Required before any construction, alteration, or repair of a building or structure.

- Bill of materials and specifications
- Lot title / tax declaration and current tax clearance
- Locational / zoning clearance

Based on the floor area and use of the structure per the National Building Code fee schedule

Certificate of physical fitness for employment, school, or business (food handlers).
