Infrastructure and livelihood investments whose results are felt directly by residents — farm-to-market roads, water systems, and better access to health and education across the barangays.
Transparent, People-Centered Governance
Open procurement, published budgets, a working Citizen's Charter, and an online transparency portal so every peso is accounted for.
Disaster-Resilient, Green DRT
Stronger MDRRMO operations and early-warning systems, and protection of the forests and watersheds that make up most of the municipality.
Eco-Tourism & Local Enterprise
Developing DRT's falls, caves, and river destinations responsibly, and supporting farmers and small businesses so growth stays in the community.
